When you book on this website we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), song request (optional) and the class you booked. We use them only to run your class: to confirm your booking, contact you about it and send you your class video.

Payment is processed by Eximbay through PortOne. You enter your card details on Eximbay's payment page; we never see or store them. The payment script is loaded from PortOne only when you press Pay.

Who else handles your data, only to provide their service to us: Eximbay and PortOne (payment), Google (our e-mail), Cloudflare (website hosting and network) and Oracle Cloud (our booking server).

How long we keep it. Korean e-commerce law requires us to keep records of bookings, payments and cancellations for 5 years and records of complaints for 3 years. After that we delete them.

No cookies, analytics or tracking. While you book, your browser keeps your selection in session storage so a page refresh doesn't lose it. It's cleared when you close the tab. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Booked on GetYourGuide or Klook? Your booking is handled under their privacy policies. We receive the details needed to run your class and use them only for that.
